MasterPlan properly amortizes loans. Sometimes, however, you do not have enough information about a loan to enter it into the Liabilities window. For example, you may know everything except the interest rate.
The Amortization Tool helps you solve for one of the following items:
Loan Amount
Interest Rate
Payment for Period
Number of Periods
After MasterPlan performs the calculation, you can print a schedule or create a graph.
First select the item you want to solve for by clicking in the circle beside the item.
Next, fill out the information that you do know.
Now, click on the Calculate button.
To display report, click on the Schedule button. To print it, click on the Print button.
