How to Create Graphs

You can create graphs in MasterPlan in two different ways:

1. From the Various Reports: choose a pre-formatted graph from the list displayed after you finish creating one or more reports.

2. From the Reports Menu: select Graphs from the drop-down menu. MasterPlan will display a window of 23 items. You can graph as many of these items as you choose:

• For the present (baseline),

• For the proposed (what-if) situations, or

• For comparing present and proposed,

for as many years as you wish, starting in any year from now to life expectancy.
